Effective Date: August 21, 2026
BDSG Brands, LLC ("BDSG," "we," "us," or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information when you visit bdsgbrands.com, purchase directly from BDSG, create an account, enroll in Greatness, participate in referrals, qualify for Partner/Bulk transactions, communicate with us, or otherwise interact with BDSG.
Payments are generally processed through third-party payment processors. BDSG ordinarily does not receive or store a complete payment-card number. We may receive limited transaction information such as payment status, payment type, billing information, tokenized identifiers, or portions of a card identifier when needed for payment, refunds, disputes, or fraud prevention.
We may collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, local storage, software development kits, and similar technologies. See the Cookie Policy for more information.
We may also use information in aggregated or deidentified form where it is not reasonably capable of identifying an individual.
We may disclose information to vendors that provide ecommerce hosting, payments, fraud prevention, shipping, fulfillment, warehousing, customer service, email or SMS communications, analytics, advertising, cybersecurity, accounting, legal, or information-technology services.
We may use advertising and analytics technologies to measure campaigns, understand website usage, build audiences, attribute purchases, or deliver advertising. Depending on applicable state law, certain disclosures through advertising technologies may be considered a "sale," "sharing," or targeted advertising even when BDSG does not receive money for the information. Where required, BDSG will provide applicable opt-out choices.
Where reasonably necessary to investigate a product complaint, safety issue, recall, counterfeit concern, or transaction dispute, BDSG may exchange relevant information with an independent Partner, manufacturer, laboratory, insurer, professional adviser, carrier, regulator, or other appropriate party, subject to applicable law.
We may disclose information to comply with law or legal process; respond to lawful governmental requests; investigate fraud or illegal activity; protect BDSG, customers, or others; enforce agreements; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, restructuring, asset sale, or similar business transaction.
BDSG does not sell customer personal information in exchange for monetary payment. Certain advertising or analytics disclosures may nevertheless fall within broader state-law definitions of sale, sharing, or targeted advertising. Where such laws apply, BDSG will provide applicable privacy choices.
BDSG uses cookies and similar technologies for essential website operation, security, cart and account functions, analytics, personalization, marketing measurement, and advertising. See the BDSG Cookie Policy for categories and available controls.
Promotional email recipients may unsubscribe using the link in the message. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent transactional communications concerning orders, memberships, payments, security, recalls, safety, or other service matters.
If BDSG offers SMS marketing, enrollment will be voluntary and subject to the consent terms presented at enrollment. Consent to marketing text messages is not required as a condition of purchasing BDSG products. Opt-out instructions will be provided with messages as required.
When you participate in Greatness, referral incentives, or Partner/Bulk purchasing, BDSG may collect and maintain information reasonably necessary to verify membership status, apply pricing, track qualifying referrals, calculate and reverse rewards, prevent self-referral or fraud, preserve evidence of agreement acceptance, administer resale restrictions, maintain tax records, and investigate disputes.
If you report a product complaint or adverse event, BDSG may collect information about the product, lot code, purchase, symptoms or reaction, photographs, communications, and other information reasonably necessary to investigate, fulfill legal reporting duties, protect consumers, or defend legal claims. Please do not submit unrelated medical records or highly sensitive information unless specifically requested and necessary.
BDSG retains personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfillment, membership administration, fraud and chargeback prevention, product traceability, tax and accounting, warranty and customer service, legal claims, safety investigations, and regulatory requirements.
Retention periods vary by category. BDSG may retain agreement-acceptance records, transaction records, product-safety and adverse-event records, and other legal/compliance records for longer periods where reasonably necessary or legally required.
BDSG uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information. No online system or storage method can be guaranteed completely secure. Customers are responsible for protecting account credentials and should notify BDSG promptly if they believe an account has been compromised.
Depending on your state of residence, the size and activities of BDSG, and whether an applicable privacy law covers the processing, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, or portability of certain personal information; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing; withdraw consent where applicable; or appeal certain privacy-request decisions.
These rights may be subject to identity verification, legal exceptions, and statutory applicability thresholds. BDSG will not unlawfully discriminate against a consumer for exercising an applicable privacy right.
To submit a privacy request, use the BDSG Contact or Privacy Request process at bdsgbrands.com and identify the request as a privacy request.
Where required by applicable law and technically supported, BDSG will process legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, in accordance with applicable law and our technology configuration.
BDSG online services are not directed to children under 13, and BDSG does not knowingly collect personal information online from children under 13 without legally required parental authorization. If we learn that such information was collected contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
BDSG is based in the United States. If you access BDSG services from another country, personal information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States or other countries where BDSG or its service providers operate. Different jurisdictions may provide different privacy protections.
BDSG may link to third-party websites or services. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies, and BDSG is not responsible for third-party services outside its control.
BDSG may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The effective date will be updated when changes are published, and additional notice will be provided where required by applicable law.
